Irene Ho

Irene Ho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management, product management, and technical training within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Knowledge Management Lead at Sitetracker, Irene shapes product narratives and knowledge strategies, fostering effective communication and cross-team collaboration. Prior to this role, Irene held various positions at Genesys, including Product Manager for Genesys Beyond and Senior Technical Instructor, where Irene successfully communicated product requirements and delivered comprehensive training programs. Irene's earlier experience includes consulting roles focused on pre-sales support and training for Interactive Intelligence products, and a strong foundation in programming and system development. Irene holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
