Maiah Alman, LEED GA, is a highly experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in environmental sustainability. Currently serving at Sitetracker since March 2025, Maiah previously held roles at Banyan Infrastructure, where strategies were developed to deploy GGRF capital into sustainable infrastructure projects, and at Lumen Energy in various customer-focused positions. Experience also includes leading customer success initiatives at ecomedes and mentoring youth in regenerative practices with Outside Now. Maiah's educational foundation is a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
