Zainab Shikari has over 12 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Zainab is currently the Director of Engineering at Sitetracker, where they lead the engineering team. Zainab also worked as a SalesForce Developer at NSI Technology, specializing in Salesforce development and integration. Zainab began their career as a SharePoint Application Developer at United Technical Services and as an Adobe Flash Developer at DARWISH BIN AHMED & SONS (IT Division).

Zainab Shikari obtained a BE(Hons) degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, with the period of study being from 2006-2010. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Information Technology from Monash University, which took place in 2011-2012. Zainab has also acquired various certifications, including Sitetracker Certified (Project and Field Management) from Sitetracker in 2021, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in November 2019, and Modern React with Redux from Udemy in 2018. Additionally, they obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer certification from Salesforce.com in November 2012 and earned a PADI Open Water Diver certification in 2012 as well.
