Guilherme Guimarães Rodrigues Coelho had a diverse and extensive work experience. Guilherme started their career at INDG, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from June 2002 to November 2007. Following this, they joined Localiza as an Operations Support Manager, contributing to an increase in fleet productivity and a reduction in maintenance and accidents costs. In 2008, they completed a post-graduation in Finance Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, with a focus on Finance. In 2012, they attended the Kaplan Internacional College in Auckland, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia, where they took a General English Course with Business English.

In 2014, Guilherme pursued an MBA in Finance from Ibmec, and from 2016 to 2018, they attended Fundação Dom Cabral once again, this time for an Executive MBA.

Recently, in 2018, Guilherme completed a Post MBA in Marketing, Leadership, and Negotiating Globally from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

In addition to their formal education, Guilherme has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. These certifications include "Gestão 4.0 - Imersão & Mentoria" from G4 Educação, obtained in November 2021; "HubSpot Sales Software Certified" from HubSpot Academy, obtained in August 2020; and "Grow to Greatness: Smart Growth for Private Businesses" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, obtained in March 2013. Guilherme has also obtained a professional certification in Stratws One from Siteware.
