Caroline Thompson is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Sitigrid, bringing experience from their time at ZELP ltd where Caroline worked on strategy and operations for a company developing a wearable device to neutralize livestock methane emissions. Prior to this, Caroline held various roles at Kobalt Music, including Sr. Director in the Office of the CEO/Chief of Staff. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Newcastle University, is a qualified accountant (Full Member) with ACCA, and recently completed their Executive MBA at Columbia Business School.
