Markus Lutz

Markus Lutz has a diverse work experience. Markus is currently the CTO and Founder of SiTime, a position they have held since January 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Founder, COO, and executive VP of Business Development at SiTime from 2005 to 2018.

Before joining SiTime, Markus worked as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University from 2000 to 2004.

Markus also spent a significant part of their career at Robert Bosch Corp, where they held various roles. From 1999 to 2004, they were a Program Director. Prior to that, they were a Fachreferent/Technical Group Manager from 1993 to 1999.

Markus Lutz attended the Technical University of Munich from 1986 to 1992, where they earned a degree in Diplom Engineering. Their field of study was EE, specifically focusing on systems and control.
