Pradeep Ravipati

Pradeep Ravipati has extensive work experience in quality systems engineering and management roles. Pradeep is currently working as the Director of Quality Systems Engineering at SiTime since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at Microchip Technology Inc. from May 2019 to June 2022. Before that, they held various managerial positions at Microsemi Corporation, including Senior Manager, Quality and Supplier Quality Manager. Pradeep also worked at SOC Division, Microsemi Corporation as the Manager of Global Supplier Quality from November 2010 to August 2011. Pradeep started their career at Actel, where they held multiple roles, including Manager of Global Supplier Quality and Senior Staff Engineer in Corporate Quality. In these roles, Pradeep was involved in various quality improvement initiatives, audits, and compliance activities. Pradeep has also played a key role in implementing quality systems and standards.

Pradeep Ravipati holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Gandhi Institute of Technology & Management (Andhra University), which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Pradeep then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a specialization in Microelectronics. Pradeep first attended Concordia University from 1996 to 1997 and later transferred to the University of South Florida, where they completed their MSEE from 1997 to 1999.
