Taylor Aston-Nielsen

Taylor Aston-Nielsen, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of HR Technology & Operations at SiTime since November 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 2019 to 2022 and Director of Human Resources at Hackman Capital Partners & The Culver Studios from 2015 to 2019, where Taylor managed total rewards, payroll, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, safety, and compliance across multiple companies. Additionally, Taylor managed human resources for four locations of The Little Door Santa Monica and other affiliated restaurants from 2013 to 2016, overseeing the recruitment, training, compensation, and compliance of 250 employees. Taylor’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Studies from Pitzer College, along with specialized training in Human Resource Management and Spanish.
