Terri Bouley

Terri Bouley currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at SiTime, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at eBay as an Executive Assistant to both the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Vice President of General Counsel, from October 2021 to June 2025, and at Khan Academy as an Executive Assistant from April 2019 to October 2021. Terri has also worked as a Substitute Teacher for multiple school districts from 2016 to 2019, and held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at Orrick for over 12 years. Earlier career experience includes roles at Intuitive Surgical Ltd and Gunderson Dettmer. Terri holds a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a Master's degree from Western Governors University.
