Vincent Pangrazio

Vincent Pangrazio has extensive work experience in legal and administrative roles. Vincent is currently serving as EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at SiTime. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Attorney at P from December 2019 to June 2020. From July 2018 to September 2019, they held the position of Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at HealthTap, Inc. Vincent also served as SVP & General Counsel at Cavium, Inc. from March 2011 to July 2018. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Cooley LLP from September 1993 to March 2011. Additionally, they have experience as VP and General Counsel at Women.com Networks from 1999 to 2000.

Vincent Pangrazio obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Loyola Marymount University between the years 1981 and 1985. Following this, they pursued further education in the field of Law and attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where they earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Vincent completed their legal studies between 1989 and 1993.
