Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for several organizations including Kodiak Gas Services, Inc., Sitio Royalties, Stellar Bank, and AltaGas Ltd., Jon-Al's previous roles include senior leadership positions at Parker Drilling Company, where responsibilities included overseeing global operations that generated $300 million in revenue. With a legal background established at ConocoPhillips, Jon-Al has provided counsel across various regions and functions, demonstrating expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and environmental law. Jon-Al holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Grambling State University.
