Jay Matthews has a robust background in marketing and product leadership, currently serving as Product Leader - Apparel at SITKA Gear since December 2018. In this role, Jay leads an integrated marketing organization, focusing on the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive seasonal go-to-market plans to enhance brand loyalty and drive commercial success. Previously, Jay held several positions at Nike from August 2012 to November 2018, including North America Brand Marketing Manager - Football, where oversight of brand activation plans and partnerships was a key responsibility. Jay holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science along with a minor in Business Administration and Management from Washington State University.
