Matthew Fisher

Matthew Fisher possesses a diverse background in sales systems and management, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and project leadership. Currently serving as a Sales Systems Specialist and previously a Dealer Services Representative at SITKA Gear since July 2020, Matthew brings extensive experience from Mesa Laboratories, Inc., where work as Manager of the Manufacturing BI Production Lab included leading initiatives that significantly reduced product lead times and implemented standardized inventory processes. Earlier roles at Mesa Laboratories encompassed supervisory and scientific functions, including overseeing daily activities in the Spore Lab and conducting testing of bacterial spores. Matthew's career began in retail management at Sportsman's Warehouse, where responsibilities included operational oversight and firearms management. An academic foundation in Wildlife, Fish, and Wildlands Science and Management was established at Montana State University-Bozeman.
