Theresa Spangler

Theresa Spangler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies, particularly at SITKA Gear where Theresa has held positions such as President, Consumer Experience Leader/VP Sales and Marketing, and COO since June 2018. Prior to this, Theresa spent nearly 14 years at Cabela's, advancing through various roles including Retail Marketing Sr. Manager, Retail Operations Support Manager, and Retail Operations Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing marketing strategies, improving customer experiences, and managing project delivery. Theresa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Dakota, earned in 2008.
