Grace Parisi

Grace Parisi has extensive experience in the culinary industry. Grace is currently the Senior Culinary Director at Sitka Salmon Shares, where they lead a team in creating recipes using ethically sourced seafood. Prior to this role, Grace worked as a cookbook author, food writer, recipe tester, developer, and editor as a freelancer. Grace also has experience as a food stylist for editorial publications and commercial television. Grace has held positions at Marley Spoon as a Culinary Manager and Culinary Content Editor, Oxmoor House as the Executive Food Director, and Food & Wine Magazine as the Senior Test Kitchen Editor. During their time at Food & Wine Magazine, they wrote and edited monthly columns, appeared on television series, and contributed to various media outlets. Grace has also served as a Food Expert on Simplify Your Life and worked as an Executive Chef in various kitchens. Grace is known for their website and blog, Grace Parisi, Tales of a Recipe Goddess, where they share their love for cooking, eating, writing, and running.

Grace Parisi attended the School of Visual Arts from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting.
