Akiko Moorman

Akiko Moorman has held various leadership roles in the culinary and hospitality industry since September 2012. Currently serving as Director of Operations at EL Ideas and Director of Wholesale Partnerships at Sitka Salmon Shares, she has also been involved in event planning and partnerships at organizations like Gohan Society and Kitchit. With a Master's degree in Registered Nursing from RUSH University, Akiko brings a diverse skill set to her roles in the industry.
