Pauline Koch

Pauline Koch has held various roles in the architecture and construction industry since 2011. Pauline began as an Architect Intern at Anangpur Building Centre in 2011, followed by Architect Intern roles at MHJV (Marjan Hessamfar & Joe Vérons Architects Associés) in 2014 and Integrated Fields in 2015. Pauline then held an Architect HMONP role at Bechu et Associés in 2015 and WAO Architecture in 2017. In 2018, Koch was a Boursière at Fondation Palladio sous l'égide de la Fondation de France and also founded and became the CEO of Sitowie, a SaaS technology and tools company that helps understand the degradation of buildings and optimize their maintenance and costs over the long term. In 2022, Koch was appointed Vice-présidente & administrateur at ADI - Association des Directeurs Immobiliers. In 2012, Koch also participated in a Study Tour - Bedouin settlement in Jordan, where they were a guest in a Bedouin family and wrote a dissertation entitled: From nomadic to permanent habitat: The sedentarization of Bedouins.

Pauline Koch has a diverse educational background. Pauline began their academic career in 2007 with a Hypokhâgne-Khâgne Lettres et Sciences Sociales program in Humanities and Social Sciences in Lille. In 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Urban Studies from Institut Français d'Urbanisme. From 2010 to 2015, they completed a Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Architecture from Ecole d'Architecture de Paris-Val-de-Seine. Pauline also obtained a Master of Architecture from Facoltà di Architectura in Florence, Italy in 2012 and 2013. In 2015 and 2016, they earned an HMONP (Habilitation à exercer la maîtrise d'oeuvre en son nom propre) from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture et de Paysage de Lille. Most recently, they completed an Advanced Master in Computational Design, Digital Manufacturing and Building Technologies from École des Ponts ParisTech in 2017 and 2018.
