Teemu Linna

Teemu Linna has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the IT and digital services sector. Teemu is currently serving as the Head of IT & Digital Services at Sitra, where they have led the strategic and operational development of IT and digital services. Some of their accomplishments include implementing enterprise architecture principles and guidelines, improving digital employee experience, and introducing data-driven decision-making processes. Prior to Sitra, Teemu worked at Sofigate as a Team and Practice Lead for digital transformation, where they provided interim leadership, project management, and executive advisory roles for various clients. Teemu has also held positions such as interim CDO at LAK Real Estate Oy, interim CIO at Colliers International, and CEO at Linnacom Oy, where they achieved significant growth and customer satisfaction in the agility coaching business. Teemu'searlier experience includes roles at the Finnish Medical Association, Sanoma Television Oy, Owla Oy, Tietonovo Oy, and Mediabroker Ltd. Throughout their career, Teemu has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, project management, enterprise architecture, and customer-centric strategies.

Teemu Linna has a diverse education history. Teemu started their academic journey in 1994 and completed their Master's degree in Information Processing Science at the University of Oulu in 2008. In 2011, they pursued additional education at MJK-instituutti and obtained a Specialist vocational qualification in Leadership and business administration skills in 2012.

In 2015, Teemu enrolled at Stronghold and focused on Personal Growth, studying Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Teemu completed their studies in 2017. Throughout their education, Teemu has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2009, they earned an ITIL v3 Foundation certification from Tieturi. Later, in 2010, they became a Certified Change leader through Deep Lead Inc.

Teemu continued to expand their knowledge and qualifications with certifications from Sofigate. In 2017, they earned the Certified ICT Standard Professional (CISP) and Certified IT Management Professional (CIMP) designations. In 2019, they became a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional, and in 2020, they achieved the ITIL Foundation Level certification. Most recently, in 2021, Teemu acquired the ServiceNow Fundamentals certification from Sofigate.
