Rebecca Hollander is the SVP of Business Development at Sittercity. Rebecca has over 10 years of experience in strategic planning and implementation, brand management, and corporate development.

Rebecca Hollander started their career as a consultant at Bain & Company where they worked on projects in the consumer products, retail, and healthcare industries. Rebecca then joined Collective Brands, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Strategy, where they were responsible for supporting the CEO and brand presidents on key strategies for growth and operational improvement. During their time at Collective Brands, they were invited to move into the Keds brand where they led the development of new strategic direction, managed external consulting firms, and oversaw the development of metrics to track closures/upgrades/openings of Stride Rite Children’s retail locations.

In their current role at Sittercity, Rebecca Hollander is responsible for leading the business development team and expanding the company’s partnerships and revenue opportunities. Rebecca has successfully negotiated and secured partnerships with leading companies such as Care.com, UrbanSitter, and Rover.

Rebecca Hollander has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Tufts University in English and Women's Studies. Rebecca also attended The Baldwin School. Rebecca is currently a coach with The Coaches Training Institute.
