Situate AI helps businesses and their people build real, practical skills in AI. Using their own tools to help them deploy AI in their day to day work comfortably and confidently.

Training is at the heart of everything we do. Founded by Joanna Wake, a multi award winning tech skills leader and a credible voice in AI, the business was built on a genuine passion to properly increase AI skills in businesses. Made for business people, by business people.

We work three ways.

Skills – our core offer, hands on training in tools like Claude and Copilot, built to leave teams genuinely capable, and ready to crack on.

Embed – working alongside a team, often finance or operations, to help them adopt AI into how they already work, with training included.

Agents – building full agent systems for businesses ready to automate whole workflows, mostly sales and lead generation.

Everything we do is built around getting people properly comfortable and confident using AI, not just talked at about it.

Get in touch if you want your team trained, your processes properly embedded with AI, or a fuller conversation about what's possible.
