Cristina Grela Cespón has a work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Cristina started working at Business Consultancy in 2008 as a Graduado Social, where they handled labor demands, payroll preparation, and provided general advice to workers and companies. In 2009, they moved to Public Research Agency as a Secretaria de Dirección, where they were responsible for controlling billing and quality systems, preparing market reports, and handling reception calls. From 2012 to 2017, Cristina worked at Despacho de Abogados as a Secretaria de Dirección, managing files and documentation, and handling legal deadlines. Later, they joined Language Teaching Center in 2017 as an Administrative and Customer Service role, taking care of accounting tasks, stock control, and providing support to the Studies Department. Finally, in 2019, they joined Situm as an Administration & Finance Technician.

Cristina Grela Cespón has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. From 2005 to 2008, they attended the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, where they obtained a Diplomado en Relaciones Laborales, specializing in the study of labor relations. In 2008, they pursued further education at INGAFOR, completing a Triple Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, focusing on occupational risk prevention.

In 2014, Cristina pursued studies at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, completing two courses in accounting: Curso de Contabilidad Avanzada (114 hours) and Curso de Contabilidad práctica (90 hours). This allowed their to develop advanced skills in financial accounting and practical application.

Continuing their education, they enrolled in the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2010 to 2011, where they completed a Curso Superior en Asistente de Dirección, a comprehensive program of 260 hours focusing on assistant management skills.

In 2009, Cristina attended AEC, where they completed a Curso de Gestión de Calidad en AEC, specifically targeting quality management in an 80-hour course.

Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification (40 hours) through the Google Activate program. This certification introduced their to the core elements of digital marketing.
