Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Alongside these roles, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
