Ahmad Hammouda

Ahmad Hammouda is the Co-Founder and CEO of Thndr. Ahmad was previously the GM of Egypt for Uber from August 2017 to November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Pharos Holding for Financial Investments from November 2012 to November 2013, and as a consultant for The Advisors from August 2009 to February 2013. Ahmad also did an internship with Ernst & Young Egypt in July 2009, where they worked on a full feasibility study on a mall starting from the market research till doing the financial model.

Ahmad Hammouda has a CFA from the CFA Institute and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. Ahmad also has an exchange program from Concordia in finance from the John Molson School of Business.
