Koon-Soon Ho

Koon-Soon Ho has extensive experience in global program and project management, particularly in the realm of IT and process governance. Currently serving as Director of Global Process Governance at Sivantos Group since July 2014, Koon-Soon leads a global process harmonization initiative alongside an ERP rollout in 26 countries, benefiting around 5000 users. Previously, Koon-Soon held various leadership roles at Siemens Medical Instruments Pte Ltd, including Head of Global Program, Projects & Processes, where responsibilities included developing and executing a global ERP and MES rollout strategy. Additional roles included Head of IT for Asia & Australia, overseeing IT strategy, operations, and production plants across multiple countries. Koon-Soon's technical competencies span various IT technologies and areas such as supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and finance. Earlier career positions include roles at SITA implementing airline ticketing solutions and as a Systems Analyst at CapitaLand.
