Andrei Alexandrescu

Andrei Alexandrescu serves as a Java Technical Lead at SIVECO Technology and SIMAVI Software Imagination & Vision, focusing on European Commission-funded projects and the HORIZON 2020 program since January 2019. In these dual roles, Andrei combines leadership and technical expertise to guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives while contributing actively to software development through code reviews, architectural design, and performance optimization. Previous experience at SIVECO Romania involved developing new web application functionalities, fixing bugs, and participating in technical discussions. Andrei holds a Licentiate degree in Informatics from Universitatea „Hyperion” din București and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Liceul Teoretic George Calinescu. Proficient in various tools and technologies, Andrei utilizes Java, Spring, and database management systems to deliver high-quality software solutions.
