Brian Eves

Brian Eves is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction claims and litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Sivyer, Barlow, Watson & Haughey, PA since August 2023, Eves previously held the position of Managing Partner at Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers since February 2011, where oversight of associates and staff in the firm's Tampa office was a key responsibility. Eves has handled both large and small scale construction claims in various courts, while also contributing as an Associate and training new attorneys in previous roles at Wagner and Hunt and Franklin Legal Group, P.A. Eves holds a J.D. from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Saint Leo University.
