Marcello Favalli has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2016, they co-founded SiWeGO and served as the CEO, leading the conceptualization of the project, establishing a team, and developing a strategic vision.

From 2014 to 2015, Marcello worked as an Area Sales Manager at Coleman/Camping gaz/Sevylor, managing contracts, sales relationships, and after-sales service for key customers. Marcello also supervised multi-agent networks and conducted sales visits and scouting.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Marcello served as a Business Representative for Taste of Home by Nestlé at Inventa CPM. Marcello implemented trade marketing strategies, managed communication and distribution, conducted market analysis, expanded the customer portfolio, and planned sales networks.

In 2008, Marcello worked as a Buyer at Adoro AB, conducting market research, establishing contacts with Italian suppliers and Swedish buyers, and negotiating buying conditions.

In 2007, Marcello had an internship at Ambasciata d'Italia, where they analyzed economic and trade information about Sweden, contributed to meetings on economic and social matters, conducted research, and assisted in organizing marketing events.

Marcello Favalli's education history is as follows:

Marcello attended Murate Idea Park in 2021-2022, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study. In the same year, they also attended Mind the Bridge and Innovits but did not obtain any degrees or focus on specific fields of study.

In 2019, Marcello attended LUISS ENLABS, where they studied Urban Tech for a year without receiving a degree. From 2018 to 2019, they joined EIT Digital Alumni and pursued a degree in Startup Management with a specialization in Climate KIC - Knowledge, Innovation, Community.

In 2017, Marcello participated in a Startup Management program at Trentino Sviluppo SPA, and in 2016, they attended The Startup Training to further enhance their knowledge in Startup Management.

In 2013, Marcello engaged in a Master's degree program at Bosch TEC, focusing on Operation Manager. In 2012, they obtained a certificate from New Peopleteam srl in Marketing & Visual Merchandising.

For their undergraduate studies, Marcello attended the University of Milan from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Master's Degree in Political Science. Additionally, in 2004, they briefly studied Political Science at the Universitetet i Tromsø (UiT).

Furthermore, Marcello completed the Allievo Ufficiale Pilota program at Accademia Aeronautica from 2000 to 2001. Before that, from 1998 to 1999, they pursued the Allievo Ufficiale Stato Maggiore program at Accademia Navale. Marcello completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico from 1992 to 1997, specializing in Materie Scientifiche.
