Morbi Alessandro has extensive work experience in the construction materials industry. Morbi is currently working as a Customer Service Coordinator at Italcementi since February 2021. Prior to this, from 2016 until 2021, they worked at HeidelbergCement as a Research Team Leader, where they led a team of 9 members and was responsible for defining and planning research projects in the aggregates and concrete sector. Morbi also served as a Co-founder and Market Analyst at SiWeGO from 2016-2021.

Before joining HeidelbergCement, Morbi worked at Italcementi as a Research Team Leader from 2015-2016, where they focused on construction materials research. Prior to that, they served as a Laboratory Manager at CTG-Italcementi Group from 2013-2015, overseeing product validation, industrial tests, and technology transfer.

Morbi started their career at Italcementi Group in 2006, first as a Junior Researcher managing R&D projects in high-performance and lightweight concretes. Morbi later became the Laboratory Manager and Research Team Manager, coordinating and managing a team of 13 members and overseeing the testing laboratory for construction materials. During this time, they focused on technical assistance, customer training, and research on topics such as photocatalysis for the cement industry.

Morbi's professional journey began with a role as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Studio di Progettazione Civile in 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Researcher at Università degli Studi di Brescia.
