Michael Bian

Michael Bian serves as a Partner at Tyleia, contributing to the company's leadership in Global Business Services (GBS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions since January 2023. Tyleia boasts over 6000 full-time equivalents across seven strategic global sites, focusing on innovative outsourcing solutions. In addition, Michael has been the CEO of Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions since May 2006, emphasizing the significance of precise instructions and timely responses in delivering reliable BPO solutions. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Humanities from the University of Asia and the Pacific, completed between 2000 and 2005.
