Baillie Schmitz is an experienced professional in health and education, currently serving as the Healthy Lifestyle Coordinator at Six Nations Health Services since June 2022. Prior experience includes providing support at the Indigenous Student Centre at Wilfrid Laurier University and receiving the NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award. Baillie also held various roles at Fit4Less Waterloo, including host responsibilities and customer service. As the Head Skating Instructor at Laurie's Learn to Skate, Baillie developed lesson plans and engaged youth in skating skills. Additionally, Baillie worked as a Student Assistant at School House Playcare Centres of Durham, contributing to early childhood education. Baillie holds an Hons. Bachelor of Kinesiology with a Minor in Women and Gender Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
