Mauro Chamorro Orellana has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 at Claro Chile S.A., where they held the roles of Jefe de operaciones and Asistente de Gerencia de Operaciones. Mauro then moved on to Netline Chile in 2012, where they worked as Jefe Servicio Postventa / Sub Gerente Canal SAC. In 2014, Chamorro Orellana joined Grupo RGG as Gerente de operaciones, and from 2017 onwards, they have been working at Sixbell, initially as Líder de Equipos Gerencia Desarrollo, and now as Director de Servicios de Valor / VOC Analytics / PureSocialCX. Mauro Chamorro Orellana completed a degree in Civil Construction Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, INACAP from 2000 to 2003. In 2018, they earned certifications as a Scrum Master Professional and Product Owner from CERTIPROF/ENNOVATE. In 2019, they obtained specialization in Management 3.0/Team building from Ennovate and completed a program on digital transformation processes at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. In 2020, they pursued training in Scrum/Design Thinking methodologies at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Currently, they are enrolled in a Certified Customer Experience Professional program at Ennovate and plans to complete a Diploma in Data Science and Big Data at Universidad de los Andes (CL) from 2023 to 2024.
