Victor Masjuan

Victor Masjuan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Victor began their career as a Research Analyst at CHILECTRA METROPOLITANA S.A., where they studied the demand for natural gas projects and cost allocation models for tariff negotiation of regulated services. Victor then worked as a Sales Engineer to Sales Manager at PFENNIGER S.A., specializing in sales of water turbines for large hydro power plants.

Moving into the banking sector, Masjuan joined Banco Santander Chile as a Head of Call Center, where they improved customer service and reorganized the Call Center for increased efficiency. Victor later served as the Manager of Operations and Evaluation Center, the Branch Network Planning Manager, and a Project Manager, leading various projects and optimizing resources within the Customer and Payments divisions.

Masjuan's next role was at Grupo Security, where they were the Manager of Operations and IT at Securitizadora Security S.A. There, they managed financial and accounting administration and developed relationships with supervisory authorities and auditors. Victor then worked as the Controller Manager at Espacio Riesco, overseeing management control, information systems, and special projects.

In 2010, Masjuan joined GESTION EXTERNA S.A. as the Manager of Operations, leading the legal service operations for mortgage loans. Victor operated under ISO 9000 and BPM workflow standards. Victor then worked at TenStep, Inc. as a Project Manager for Transbank and Redbanc.

Prior to their current role, Masjuan worked at Transbank S.A., where they held multiple positions. As a Senior IT Project Manager, they implemented IT projects and upgraded the Redbanc authorizing core and Back End platform. Victor then transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager in the Risk, Information Security, and Business Continuity Department, where they made methodological improvements to business continuity management and implemented security measures.

Currently, Masjuan is the Chief Security Officer at Sixbell, where they are responsible for ensuring the security of the company's operations.

Victor Masjuan holds an MBA degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their studies in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 1984 to 1989. Victor'ssecondary education took place at Colegio San Ignacio - El Bosque from 1970 to 1983, although specific degrees or fields of study were not mentioned.

In terms of certifications, Victor Masjuan has obtained various qualifications throughout their career.
