Marty Vowles

Marty Vowles has extensive work experience in the engineering and software development field. Marty is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at SixFifty since May 2022. Prior to this, Marty worked at Endigit, Inc. from April 2019 to April 2022, where they held the role of VP of Engineering/Principal Software Engineer. In this position, they were actively involved in growing the engineering team, planning the company's vision and strategy, and working towards ISO 9001 certification.

Before joining Endigit, Marty worked at Orbital ATK from January 2015 to March 2017 as a Software Team Lead, where they managed a team of 5 LabVIEW developers and handled software development schedules, customer interface, and requirement definition. Marty also worked as a Software Engineer at Orbital ATK from August 2011 to January 2015, primarily focusing on test system architecture and programming for rocket motor components. Marty also has experience as a Process Engineer at Orbital ATK from June 2006 to August 2011, where they were responsible for process documentation, statistical process control, and designing process software for various tests. Overall, Marty Vowles has a diverse background in engineering, project management, and software development.

Marty Vowles has a strong academic background in the field of Mechanical Engineering. They obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, which they completed between 2003 and 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Marty pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 2007 and 2009.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Marty Vowles also holds a certification as a "Certified LabVIEW Architect" from the National Instruments, obtained in February 2012.
