Joel Borgquist

Joel Borgquist is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Hawaii Conservatives since August 2022, Borgquist also holds positions as a Board Member for the Jewelry Industry Summit and Director of Operations at ColorBroker. Borgquist has advised on strategic initiatives at Sixpence and has previously led Ravara and The Trade Foundation as CEO and President, respectively. In addition, Borgquist has contributed to political campaigns and party leadership, including roles as Campaign Manager for Tim Dalhouse for Hawaii and 1st Vice Chair for the Hawaiʻi Republican Party. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor's degree from George Mason University.
