Toplica Matic possesses extensive experience in IT and security, currently serving as the Head of IT and Security at Sixsentix since April 2018, focusing on business development, IT governance, and IT management. Prior to this role, Toplica Matic spent over a decade at Opportunity Bank JSC Novi Sad, where roles included Director of IT Development and Operations, IT Operation Manager, IT Operations Coordinator, Information Security Officer, and Security Administrator. Responsibilities encompassed IT budget forecasting, service delivery negotiations, disaster recovery planning, risk assessment, and the establishment of IT service quality standards. Toplica Matic began a career at Citadel Software as a Developer and holds a Ph.D. candidacy in Power, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Novi Sad, alongside an Electrical Engineer degree.
