Earlier in their career, Kate worked as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant at Parkland Mazda and as a Sales Consultant & Sales Manager at Parkland Kia.
Kate Findlater completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing & Communications from The University of Notre Dame Australia from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Presbyterian Ladies' College in Perth from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Kate obtained a Yard Manager certification from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in Western Australia in 1998. Kate also acquired an Executive Ready certification from Women in Automotive in the year 2020.
