Kristi Turner currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at Sixth Street, providing marketing and operations guidance to a leading global investment firm. Simultaneously, Kristi occupies the role of Interim CMO at Bay FC, aiming to build a premier women’s soccer club in the Bay Area. As the Founder and CEO of Kaizen Consulting, Kristi offers strategic consulting to a diverse range of clients, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, leveraging over 30 years of marketing and operational expertise. Previous experience includes leading marketing efforts at Restaurant365 and Red Book Connect, as well as consulting roles for ITC Holding Company and Customer Focused Strategies. Kristi holds a degree from the University of South Florida.
