Dan Riefel is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Sixty Vines since January 2019. Prior to this role, Dan held various managerial positions at J. Alexander's Restaurants from August 2014 to December 2018, where responsibilities included service management and bar management. Additional experience includes bartending at Local Whiskey and The Phyrst, as well as internships in food and beverage operations at W Hotels and Marriott International. Dan’s early career involved serving at Penn State University and guest service at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, complemented by coaching experience at Nittany Gymnastics Academy. Dan Riefel earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University, graduating in 2014.
