Dushyant Pathak

Dushyant Pathak serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. since May 2025, focusing on operational excellence, people development, and process improvement through technology and digital transformation. Prior to this role, Dushyant was a Plant Manager at Elkem ASA, managing P&L and strategic projects from December 2018 to May 2025. Dushyant's extensive experience includes heading operations at SKF India across multiple positions from August 2007 to December 2018, driving business excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives. Dushyant holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and an MS in Quality Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, along with various leadership and management certifications from international programs.
