Ben Rowland

Ben Rowland is an accomplished architectural and business solutions leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Architecture at Sizewell C since October 2025, Ben is responsible for the architectural strategy while leading a multi-disciplinary team. Prior to this role, Ben held several key positions at EDF (UK) from August 2016 to October 2025, progressing from Business Architect to Business & IS Architecture Manager, focusing on strategic architecture, team management, and stakeholder engagement. Additional experience includes roles at Lloyds Banking Group as Business Solutions Architect, and contributions to consulting at Lex Autolease, alongside project management roles at Lloyds TSB Autolease and Siemens Group Services. Ben holds a BSc in Geology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
