Hilary Best

Hilary Best currently serves as Performance Improvement Manager at Sizewell C since September 2023. Prior to this, Hilary held various roles at AWE from May 2017 to September 2023, including Learning From Experience Lead, where responsibilities involved developing and managing the corporate Learning From Experience strategy, stakeholder engagement, and procedure integration. Hilary also led a cross-discipline team to implement a company-wide Learning From Experience system. Earlier experience includes a position as a Medical Technician at Medical Services from November 2010 to May 2017, where ISO 9001:2015 accreditation was achieved under Hilary's internal auditing efforts. Hilary's educational background includes degrees in Toxicology and Law, Biomedical Science, and Computer Science from De Montfort University and Nottingham Trent University, along with ongoing professional development at the Institute of Biomedical Science.
