Marjorie Barnes

Marjorie Barnes is an experienced professional in external communications with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Regional External Affairs & Development at Sizewell C since February 2023, Marjorie previously held the role of External Communications Manager at EDF Energy, where responsibilities included managing media relations for the South East's nuclear business. Prior experience includes positions as UK PR Manager at Colt Telecom and Regional Media Manager at NTL. Marjorie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Bedfordshire and completed secondary education at St Benedicts School and Colchester Sixth Form College.
