Sarah Larsen

Corporate Counsel at Sizzle Factor

Sarah has spent the last 6 years working with the VITAL BGS family of companies as an employee, advisor and in-house counsel. Her breadth of knowledge includes business law, trademarks, contracts, litigation, and financial reorganization. She has channeled her knowledge of and experience in the law to become an integral part of the SIzzle Factor team. Her focus is not only working with issues and challenges presented to the Sizzle Factor organization, but to also champion the needs of the clients. Sarah has developed a proactive, holistic approach to legal matters – resorting to remedial action only where absolutely necessary.

Sarah served as a member of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Utah State Bar from 2005 until 2007, and the Chair of that section from 2007 to 2008. She has also been involved with the Young Lawyers Section and the Solo, Small Firm and Rural Practice Section, and has begun to play a role in the Bankruptcy Section of the Bar, as well as the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum.

Sarah completed her undergraduate work at the University of Utah in 1995, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Economics. Her law degree was obtained from Lewis and Clark College’s Northwestern School of Law (Portland, Oregon) in 1998. Her primary course work there focused on business and tax law. She became a member of the Utah State Bar in 1998.
