Arvid Fredman

Arvid Fredman has worked in the railroad industry for over 15 years. Arvid started as a consultant manager maintenance and quality for Interfleet Technology in 2004 and increased the team from 15 to 23 consultants. In 2009, they became the project manager for a 250 million euro rolling stock procurement. In 2003, they moved to Green Cargo and became their resource planner. Arvid was responsible for implementing and improving a resource planning and optimization system that produced pairings and rosters for loco fleet and train drivers. The system went live in 2004 and was successful in reducing Green Cargo's cost. In 1998, Arvid started working as a spinning instructor for SATS.

Arvid Fredman received their Master of Business Administration from the Executive MBA program at the Stockholm School of Economics. Arvid also holds a Master in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and a degree in Economics from Stockholm University.

Arvid Fredman reports to Madeleine Raukas, VD och koncernchef. They work with Lena Källström - Chef service regional SJ AB, Distriktschef Sodexo., Bjarni Skipper - Tillförordnad produktdirektör, and Mats Pettersson - Direktör HR.
