Ida Josefsson

Head Of Customer Experience And Innovation at SJ

Ida Josefsson has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Seller of subscriptions at Dagen. In 2012, they were admitted to The Visby Programme at the Swedish Institute. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Administrator at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery Ltd. Subsequently, they joined SJ AB where they progressed from a Management Trainee to roles focusing on Strategy, Business Development, and eventually became the Head of Customer Experience and Innovation as of January 2021. Their responsibilities at SJ AB included digital strategy, innovation, project management, and employer branding.

Ida Josefsson studied Industrial Economics and Management with a focus on Industrial Marketing and Mechanical Engineering at Linköping University from 2010 to 2015. Ida also undertook studies in Russian language and culture at Dalarna University in 2013-2014, and completed an exchange semester in Industrial Engineering and Management at Southern Federal University in Russia in 2012-2013. Ida holds a certification as a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
