Mujammal Haque

Mujammal Haque has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and positions. Mujammal began their career at SJ Innovation LLC in 2014 as a BPO Executive, where they performed tasks on outsourced projects and maintained quality standards. Mujammal then progressed to the role of Assistant Shift Coordinator, where they delegated tasks, resolved issues, and ensured the completion of daily responsibilities by employees. After that, they served as a Shift Coordinator, assigning tasks to scheduled resources and collaborating with multiple teams and managers. In 2016, Haque transitioned to the position of Jr. Project Coordinator, where they coordinated project management activities, broke down projects into actionable tasks, and liaised with clients to define requirements. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating project management activities and resources. In 2020, Haque became a Jr. Software Project Manager, involved in various project management tasks such as conducting meetings, working with the business development team, and managing project timelines and budgets. Currently, they are a Software Project Manager at SJ Innovation LLC, overseeing resource planning, project charter creation, and facilitating scrum activities, among other responsibilities.

Mujammal Haque completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eastern University, where they studied until 2017. Prior to that, they attended Agricultural University College from 2004 to 2006, completing their Higher Secondary School education with a focus on Science. From 2002 to 2004, Mujammal Haque attended Nurul Amin Khan High School, where they earned their Secondary School Certificate in Science. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mujammal Haque has obtained multiple certifications. These include "The Complete Project Management Fundamentals Course + CERT," "Project Management Course: Master Project Scope Management," "Google Sheets Comprehensive Master Class," "The Complete Agile Scrum Fundamentals Course + Certification," "Management Skills - Team Leadership Skills Masterclass," "Project Management: Simple Software Project Management," and "Certified ScrumMaster®." These certifications were acquired from institutions such as Udemy and the Scrum Alliance, with the latest certification obtained in October 2022.
