Kelly R. is currently the Office Administrator at SJA Solutions. Prior to that, they were the Senior Server Engineer at Kent District Library from August 2016 to October 2018. In that role, they were responsible for creating and implementing standards for the virtual server environment, managing and maintaining the Cisco UCS Blade server environment using UCSM, and managing and maintaining the NetApp and Synology SAN and NAS environments. Kelly also ensured business continuity by ensuring backups were completing and being tested monthly using Veeam Backup and Replication, and implemented monthly server host and server up time reports using Veeam One. Additionally, Kelly managed internal DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and NFS data stores.

Kelly has also held the position of Director of Professional Services at SJA Solutions, and Network Administrator at SJA Solutions from April 2013 to July 2016. In those roles, they were responsible for project management and implementation for various IT related projects, group policy management and creation to automate as many tasks as possible, and making future server and storage recommendations based on resource, user, and data growth.

Kelly R. has a M.S in Project Management from Central Michigan University, a B.S in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University, and an A.A in Emphasis on Computer Information Systems from Grand Rapids Community College.
