Walter Williams

Walter Williams, P.E. is a seasoned construction engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Construction Engineer at SJCA since May 2018, Walter has contributed to significant projects such as the North Split and the I-69 Finishline Project, as well as bridge rehabilitation efforts in the Fort Wayne District. Prior to this role, Walter worked as a Project Engineer at Durham Engineering, Inc., where responsibilities included documenting construction activities and ensuring adherence to project specifications. Earlier positions also include Engineering Technician at ms consultants, inc., and Construction Inspector Intern at American Structurepoint, Inc., complemented by a summer internship at Ashland Chemical. Walter holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
