Eileen White Jahn

Executive Dean, SJC Long Island at St. Joseph's College

Eileen White Jahn has been a member of the St. Joseph’s College faculty since 1998. She is currently a professor of business and serves as the chair of the Department of Business Administration and Marketing.

Prior to working at St. Joseph’s College, Dr. White Jahn held positions at Cornell University, Empire State College and Baruch College. She also worked as a management consultant at Mobley, Luciani, and Associates, where she directed a variety of organizational development projects.

She has published several works on business practices and organizational management, including “A Multilevel Examination of Work-Life Practices: Is More Always Better?” and “Perceived Organizational Family Support (POFS): A Multilevel and Longitudinal Analysis,” both of which appeared in the Journal of Managerial Issues.

Dr. White Jahn’s work has earned her numerous accolades, including the 2005 Camp America PEACE Award for Providing Exceptional Avenues for Cultural Exchange from the American Institute of Foreign Studies.
