Carol Ma has extensive experience in the fields of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition at SJM Resorts since September 2018. Prior to this, Carol Ma worked at the Macau Grand Prix Committee as a Grand Prix Paddock Official Marshal and held various positions at Galaxy Entertainment Group, including Assistant Manager in Communications and Marketing, where responsibilities included developing branding strategies and managing marketing services. Carol Ma also contributed to the HR&A department through roles such as Senior Officer and Recruitment Administrator. Earlier career experiences include roles in tutoring, waitressing, and conducting surveys for the Macau Statistic Department. Carol Ma holds a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Macau and a diploma in General Studies, along with a high school education focused on commerce.
